From diversity to unity through coordination- inaugural online workshop "Recent developments in EU business transactions law

Archived notice

The University of Milan is the lead partner in the project "From Diversities to Unity through Coordination (EU-DUC)", coordinated by Prof. Francesca Villata in cooperation with the University of Heidelberg (Germany), the Charles University of Prague (Czech Republic), and the University of Warsaw (Poland) as part of the 1st Call for Joint Educational Proposals promoted by the 4EU+ Alliance.

The Project will launch with the online workshop "RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN EU BUSINESS TRANSACTION LAW" on February 26, 2021, from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm. The event programme is attached.

The workshop will provide an overview of key international trade issues to students wishing to train and work in this field. It will be a first opportunity to discuss with major scholars from the four partner universities, who combine academic activity with relevant expertise, from the angle of both relations between businesses and the global dynamics of relations between states.

The workshop participants, students of 4EU+ Universities, will also have a preview of the student-centred teaching approaches that will inspire the Milan University Summer School on 16-18 June 2021. (Students attending both workshops will earn 3 credits overall.)
