18 credit activities

Students need to choose elective courses, from the list provided in the educational plan, to obtain the required 18 CFU.

To obtain the 18 credits and be compliant with the educational plan requirements, please read the following rules carefully:

a) Students who choose the Learning and Development course (M-PSI/06) in the second term cannot select the Comparative industrial relations course (SPS/09). They can choose one of the other listed courses provided in the second term (e.g., the Organizational transformation and change course, dedicated to MHR students).

b) Students who choose the Conflict management and negotiation course (M-PSI/06) cannot select the Comparative industrial relations course (SPS/09) in the second term. They can choose one of the other listed courses provided in the second term (e.g., the Organizational transformation and change course, dedicated to MHR students).

Students interested in attending the Comparative industrial relations course can take it as the "9-credit further elective course".

c) Students cannot get the 18 credits attending both the Learning and development course and the Conflict management and negotiation course. They can choose one of these courses and consider the other one as a "9-credit further elective course".
